Heard Abba on the radio earlier,and immediately got a flashback to primary school discos . Teacher's constantly checking you were at arms length with a girl,and no hands on bums , waist only .Anyone got school disco memories they care to share

Playing city gates in secondary school at the disco. When the music stopped you kissed the people you were caught by. Would never be allowed today I can't imagine

Dancing with the girls for the majority of the time…then at the end desperately hoping to be asked to dance for the final slow song “smooch” and feeling broken hearted if nobody asked you.

I never had primary school discos! Any dance we had at primary usually involved social dancing.

Yes, secondary school was different. Nipped a boy behind the curtains in the hall after drinking a half bottle of El D in 3rd year.

The only memories I have from the old, school disco was holding sleeves and trying to avoid the hand holders!

Apparently it just wasn't cool.
