sweaty underboob - liquid talc

I’m actually not to hot today as a nice wee breeze blowing today .

Just hope it cools down for bedtime and isn’t too hot then .

Oh! I bought Asda liquid talc for chub rub. I forgot I had that!

I can’t cope with it being too hot at night.

Talcum powder as soon as I come out the shower always works for me plus I always have cold showers and use tea tree shower gel

Actually that works. I battle sweaty under boobs all year round and no bra works the best as it allows the air to circulate, but I also use the shampoo bar made by Alter Native (Argan oil & coconut) works a treat, then talc when dry gotta keep it as dry as possible

I saw a post on the book of many faces by a doc saying a hot shower helps cool you down because it opens all the blood vessels allowing you to dump geat and reduce your temperature.

I alway run cold water on my wrists or hold something cold.

If you really want to cool down fast, ice packs undrr your arms and in the groin definitely works.
