Make her eat cucumber - that's the cruelest punishment you could ever inflict!!!!

You could make her dust the skirting boards whilst she's tight in a butt-hook to collar situation. Anything that has a small fringe benefit is great. No one likes doing spring cleaning so that ticks it off the list

I once made a female sub wear a pair of my old boxer shorts all day. one of the ones that was all shapeless and baggy, had holes and rips in them, and that was really only holding together by the stubborn skid-marks !!

I enjoyed how much she hated putting them on and wearing them. I called them her punishment pants. I rewarded her later by ripping them off (literally) and fucking her hard.
