I love a cooked breakfast every morning beans hash browns sausages bacon and toast. I also like to have mine with chips as early as 8am followed by crisps.

Recently been told chips and crisps should be at least 12pm for lunch

Isnt adding chips the same as adding a side salad?

I mean its just veggies on the side and they do call a portion of chips a Glasgow salad

I don't know, I'm just jealous you can eat all that every day and not look like the back end of a bus

I like to believe that food isn't time specific.

Your body doesn't know what time it is so feed it what it craves.

Dingwall

My hubby is the same, he enjoys chips with his cooked breakfast. I am jealous he can eat like that and not put weight on whereas I feel the pounds going on just cooking it

near Glasgow

Toast or a bit of fruit is enough for breakfast.

Im never really hungry at that time.

But chips, definitely not for breakfast.

How you haven’t needed a defibulator so far in life is unreal, but fair play OP keep going if you enjoy that kind of breakfast, once a week is good enough for me, usually it’s cereal on toast and old cup of coffee
