Has anyone really had a proper meets in Aberdeenshire, seems to be a few women reply but that’s it on fab, anyone know any other sites that’s worth trying on? Getting a bit fed up of time wasters on here just on for a jolly!

Don't really think there is any other sites that would have more locally.

Unfortunately for single guys, its a numbers game, but with a little bit of effort and some luck then there's plenty fun to be had here.

It's gone very quiet in Aberdeen over the last few years for getting females and couples to meet, before there was quite a few females that were actually on looking to meet and not just use the site as a chat site

I find this quite amusing! The usual profiles that have zero effort, or who send moaning/rude messages comment saying they can't get a meet because there's no women.

There's many women meeting in Aberdeen/shire (myself included). They just don't want to meet YOU. Instead of blaming everything else try addressing your own approach and maybe you'll see a better outcome.

In a preious life, Aberdeen(shire) were a happy hunting ground for me, met quite a few ladies, from the shire down as far as Montrose.

But now, about 15 or so years later? Not a thing!

We find making connections we are 100% keen on a bit difficult in the shire. Not complaining as our enthusiasm seems to be cyclic on here. Chuffed with the meets we've had so far though.

Sometimes think meets would be a bit easier if we were closer Abz (an hour away), but Fab is what you make it I suppose. We find the site does go stale at times, but we enjoy it in the main.

Definitely think attending organized group socials are the way to go, but making the time to get through to our first one is the big issue for us.

I’ve met a few on here, but you just have to make yourself stand out from the crowd im afraid.

Be mindful of the time wasting couples… it’s obvious who they are always wanting “sleep overs” but never meet anyone lol

Aberdeen has certainly picked up a bit these days since they have introduced there regular social meets each month , so i recommend to those who moan u would be well advised to attend 1 and if u dont like it simple solution dont go bk .
