"A guy at work told me that "Global warming" is an archived term nowadays. Apparently "Climate change" is the correct terminology now. I had a similar rant as yours in the office about 4 or 5 weeks ago, and that's when he told me. I'll also say that when he told me, it wasn't in a in an activists stereotypical way, as he told me facts about why it's no longer called "Global warming", the main reason being that when it was coined, they were focussing on the ice caps and not looking at the effects in other areas. But it almost certainly reduces the chances of people getting Covid. Which is kind of the point.
