Level1 = someone who will string someone along in a conversation, but knows deep down they wont meet (also file under fantasist. Level2 = someone who will arrange a meet, yet in the day not log in, will hide profile, block, or even go UNLOS... or even worse communicate right up to the meeting time, not show up.... arseholes!
