Eggs Benedict is what my son makes for me for mothers day or my birthday breakfast if he is home.

Best breakfast I had was in the Grey Street Hotel in Newcastle.

I was staying for a week with my youngest, I ordered room service for us both on our first morning there and it took four people to carry up three huge trays the size of a table each!

fantastic range of everything they had to offer for breakfast had been sent up!

Got to agree with Miss D Breakfast in New York. The choice of breakfast is amazing and the people watching is fun at the same time.

Like a good Scottish fry up now and again but really the best grub always seems to be abroad in our experience. For breakfasts the Paris hotel in Las Vegas was brilliant. Vanilla bean french toast with strawberries cream and waffles was rather tasty. The eggs benedict was excellent too

It's not even civilisation in any accepted sense of the word.

I'd rather eat a scabby cuddy than Wotherspoons grub.

I don't think it quite counts, but I was staying in a hostel in Barcelona with some friends & one morning we made a fry up using red wine instead of cooking oil & had a wee beer. It was an amazing breakfast :D
