"I think it’s a bit subjective and perhaps it’s how the person feels, their outlook if you like. I’m speaking in a more general sense but there are people who cope with great difficulties in life yet always find the good, often they are the ones find humour in life’s ups and downs too. Then you see people who obviously have a lot to thankful for yet are eternally discontent and bemoaning all the things they don’t have. In general everyone catches some kind of shit bullet, some worse than others and some more than one. Personally I’ve always found that even when something awful has happened there’s always been support or something has saved the situation from being really disasterous. But then I’ve never had a seagull steal my chips or my ice cream… YET "This is true...was listening to a podcast the other day about happiness. Crux of it was finding something, anything, to be grateful for every day ensured some degree of happiness. And if you're happy despite life's ups and downs, then I suppose you're lucky too. | |||
