How important is the steak?

I've never cooked one, I don't know anything about cuts of meat, I don't know what constitutes rare or well done etc.

I give a decent BJ though.

So men, which is the better skill to have? BJ or chef?

Ladies where do your talents lie?

And can anyone give tips to improve either?

Air the meat for about 15 minutes before you cook it. Brush both sides with olive oil and season well with salt and pepper. Make sure the pan is hot, 3 1/2 minutes each side for medium rare, rest it for as long as you cooked it, to let the blood run out.

Now that's the bj done, on to the steak
