First Time at a Bar Dressed…

Really would like to push my limits this year and pluck up the courage to go out fully dressed to a quiet, trans-friendly bar in the Merchant City.

Can anyone recommend a good one for a shy first timer?

Not looking for loud music or busy crowds but prefer subdued, classy and groovy.
