Bring on the Fettucini Alfredo! Last tasted in Boston's Little Italy in the North End many years ago. Magic!

If I've been really ill, I'll start with ready salted crisps or ham to see if I can keep anything down.. If I'm just a bit iffy, then full fry up it is!

In that case Yuck... Not a fan of Tattie Scones at all. My girlfriend loves them though. If you ever see me with them in a basket/trolley you'll know who they're for.

Glasgow

Magnesium tablets (preferably before bed as well) Multivitamins.

Coca Cola on an empty stomach can do magic.

A shot of Angostura Bitters with a bit of lukewarm water (also good for bloating or upset stomach)

Fatty food, like a proper breakfast, fry up or my favourite is a sour minestrone or similar soup.
