Interesting legal point

I was just browsing the club listings and noticed that all the sites I looked at charged more for single males than couples and usually let in women for free. I wonder if they know that this is illegal under sex discrimination laws?

I know why they do it (so don't bother explaining it to me) and, TBH, I pretty much agree with the policy but with authorities always looking for ways to shut such places down giving them a rod to beat you with ain't a good idea. After all, it was tax-evasion they got Capone on, not what they really wanted him for.

we have never been to a club so dont know if im allowed to comment or not. but yes i agree that the councils are just looking for reasons to turn down the licences for clubs and other things that they dont agree with and giving them ammo so to speak is not a good idea even if it is for a good reason,so they better watch out as it could be picked up eventally by someone.

dunblane, stirling

lol, have you been watching that programme about getting screwed? (the none dirty one )

I'm sure that all the clubs are membership only/private clubs, so can pretty much do what they want.

The idea behind it is to try and reduce the amount of single guys who want in, at the same time increasing the amount of single ladies.

Just a thought, does it not say something about the club, Gearing it up to be accessible to solo guys if they have enough£££, couples can get in at nice wee reduced rate if fancy trying club, but wooohoo ladies come on down it costs nowt?

In an ideal world where the club simply had a super reputation and appealed to all, same price for all would signify club was both well run and organised?

Its the same with naturist holiday camps.

Wife gets in for free but the poor guy has to pay.

Actually, Private clubs still have to obey the law. that's why golf clubs have had to back off on their policies.

And so it should be if the wife had to pay in all that means is the guy pays twice as much as he ends up paying for both

glasgow

In a perfect workd everyone (males, females, couples) would all be charged at a flat rate that is the same for everyone but there is a problem with that. If single guys were allowed in for free or the same rate as couples then the club would be over run with single guys. This presents a problem because the vast majority of swinging females and couples dont want to meet single guys simply becasue there are far too many guys who do not know how to conduct themselves properly and think that every female there WANTS to suck and fuck their cock and too many dont know how to take no for an answer.

Yes guys do get a bad deal but becasue there are so many who dont know how to behave properly then the genuine well behaved and decenen ones suffer as a result.

"They also charge full male rate for TVs in some places !"

What should clubs charge TV's, or do you think they should have a TV price bracket?
