Anyone feel a HUGE weight lifted now Christmas has happened so you don't need to worry about having to isolate and miss it? I know Mr Corna hasn't gone away but I was holding off meets in order to spend Xmas with my family. Now I've got pent up tension from all the meets I've missed haha

Still got today to get through but everyone taking lft's before arriving to make sure everyone stays safe .

Family is more important than anything else just now so I'm keeping my circle of friends small for now ... very small .

Have a lovely boxing day everyone

We missed Christmas with our larger family as one of my sons has COVID although all symptoms gone now thankfully but he ate Christmas dinner in his bedroom as we are all still isolating.

New Year’s Day we get our freedom back so having Christmas Day with the family then.

In the grand scheme of things if this is the worst we suffer due to COVID I’m happy with that as so many have suffered greatly

I’ve honestly never felt any form of stress around Christmas but then again I don’t really have much family. I find the boredom that sets in across the festive time off more of a source of stress than anything else tbh.

My body feels like I'm recovering from flu today, when in reality it's the effects of the adrenaline dissipating after a stressful lead up to Christmas. I loved the day, it was actually really relaxed and fun, but I'm glad it's over.

I should add the stress wasn't just getting things ready for Christmas, there's been a lot of work, health, family and finance stress that just so came at the same time.
