Other thread got too big, so here's a new one.

Most people wear a dress to start with from

The couple times I’ve been. Upstairs though you can be more underdressed lol. I tend to wear something sexy under the dress. But wear whatever makes you feel sexy. Should be a great night. xx

It's nowhere near as big, but my local bar has already said they're going back to restricted table service only off the back of the latest advice.

Just have to wait and see how other places (CJ's included) react.

Don't worry.

Relax.

Be sociable.

Enjoy it.

Don't overdrink.

Have fun, and go upstairs for that other sorta fun, if someone(s) catches your eyes.

With the new "stronger" recommendations and laws, who is having 2nd thoughts?

Would love to know how the new rules affect a place like CJ's? I know a few bars that are going back to table service only again. One switched last week, and a few others have said on their Social Media that they'll be adopting it again as of tomorrow.

All negative so far, and in theory, my only exposure to other people, before CJ's will be on the train to Glasgow.

We’ve both been doing daily tastes but like you woke up this morning and talked about the risks of going etc. I have to say I disagree slightly with the comparison made by some that it’s similar to a busy bus or shop - as there should be more mask wearing there. Unfortunately there is now a risk in anywhere we go or do. Personally I’d prefer LFT to be mandatory for enterance due to the new variant. We are both up to date with boosters etc but still swithering although I’m leaning more toward going

As much as I would like to agree with half your comment. I think taking a test at the venue isn't visible, considering the time it will take to get everyone tested. Except you are saying they all come with a test done a day or two? Or even on the day. Don't you think checking for temperature and vaccination passport is enough?.

I personally don't think there's much cj can do about it to be honest. She's following the rules by checking for temperature, as well as checking if everyone is double vaccinated before allowed entry, while also providing hand sanitisers around the building, which is what you get in most social gatherings anyways. Just my opinion.

Have you already booked in? I think it's full for single guys otherwise.

No I was going to email this morning, I hope not. Maybe I will have to look for a date? Or put my name on the Cancellations list

If you do get booked in there’s a social arranged before it if you want to meet up with a few folk first. There’s another post for it. Message KinkyCJ to see if there’s a place.

Devastated I won't be able to come tonight now, was looking forward to it but mother nature has other ideas for me and it seems like a sign after I've gone back and forth all week about it. Have a good one everyone!

Not I - Just something suitable for a Christmas party.

Smart-Casual is the general rule, but dressup if you want. If you've got a wrapping-paper like suit it may get you extra attention.

We were really looking forward to meeting you all however we’ve decided to stay home tonight. I need to do everything I can to make sure I see my kids at Xmas and can’t take the risk.

Hopefully see you all sooner rather than l

Very large car park through the gates, if it’s full someone will be outside and you can park on the street

It was a good night at CJ's last night. Met a load of old friends and some new.

Currently in full on zombie mode, as I've had about 3 hours sleep. Went to sleep with the noise of someone shagging in a hotel room near mine, and was woken up by it too, but think it was a different couple lol

There was a male/female couple in the dungeon room, and Nicky in the cinema room, whose Fab names I don’t know(if any) that I would also like to thank for the ‘encounters’ on Saturday night. Busy night, and a bit exhausting!

I did my best to chat to as many folk as I could and missed meeting a few who have posted here I’d like to have met. Next time I hope
