How important is a social to you?

Do you need to get on and like the other people or are you happy to forget the formalities and just get down to it?

I prefer a social first, I've tried meeting just to get down to it but I just felt awkward. I need to know the chemistry is there before deciding to have sex with someone.

Plus I really like that post-social excitement for the next meet.

Lol we totally agree with all of the above comments. People change from their profile pictures (Specially after lock down. Us included!! )

The best looking couple can become ugly once you speak to them. And vice versa!!

Its important, just meeting for sex would be weird to me and very awkward I'd imagine .

However I have been known to do a social & play meet right after if the connection & attraction is there for both parties

There's different levels or intentions of a social, it could be an organised event or one where if you get on you will shag that night or meet and definitely won't shag that night regardless of how well you get along , so its all down to your definition of a social and mindset. Then what constitutes a social, a 30 minute coffee in Costa, a 45 minute chat in your home before possible play, an organised event , a drink with or without meal, a car park meeting in your cars.

Simpler question OP would probably be would you shag on a first meet.

I think you know within five minutes whether or not you have potential to get jiggy with someone.

We’re all for non faffing about on the rare occasions we get the opportunity. Living remotely, all meets are at least a forty mile round trip for us so we’ve no time for Too many Costas.

Totally agree with you. Coffee either lasts for ages and is enjoyable or I’m checking the time and an excuse to leave. If people can’t be bothered to have a social meet then I can’t be bothered with them.

Definitely important, we've had a few socials, not all have led to fun and the ones that have are also hit or miss bit they give you a better idea of what you're in for.

My last social (male here) went so well that she came back to meet within the hour, I discussed with my Mrs and she discussed with her Mr before deciding to have a little fun.

Not important for us in the slightest, chat a bit, swap pics, if there is a mutual physical attraction then it's all good. Only had 2 meets but both went very well.

I do however think completely different for the single woman arranging to meet and can see why a social would be very important for safety reasons, a lot of nutters out there!

Only once met straight away for sex.. Had been a few messages before hand... Think I was quite lucky... She was an awesome lass ... We had an awesome time and we'll meet again but..... Would I do it again? Not sure I would...
