It depends on the mood, but I've always found Enigma's second album to be a decent soundtrack to the activities. It changes tempo a fair bit and just generally sounds dirty. It possibly has something to do with my girlfriend at the time having it when it came out; we were 15 (this was '94 and we were both the same age!), so going at it all day everyday. Magic.

There is a tempo, or beats per minute, that's supposed to be the ideal fuck beat. The record label F Beat was named after this piece of trivia. I think its 120 BPM but I may be wrong.
