Being VWE isn't all fun and games for the bloke sometimes either. I've lost count of the ladies that have said 'you're not putting that in me' (mostly joking, but some not so much). You'll hardly ever get a full DT experience - I think I can count them all on one hand and the only full-on one was a Dutch Porn Star in a club over there; not exactly a common occurrence. Also, as someone said earlier, it takes a bit of work to keep it up, especially as you get older.
