Basically looking to go to CJ’s this weekend or next but not sure how well young single guys are received at clubs like this as it would be my first time? Any recommendations?

I’m sure someone will give advice or you could try searching the forums as there are previous threads about CJs you might find helpful.

Common advice is be yourself, not d*unk and don’t expect to play first time but that’s just what I’ve read

Don’t listen to Dynamic (guy above me!) as he is now in a dance off to see who gets to wear the heels to CJs after trying to be helpful

I’ve been to CJ’s 5 times and everytime I’ve gone by myself. Everytime is scary especially the first time! Once you’re in the excitement ramps up and the nerves start to ease up a bit.

First timers usually get a tour around so you know where everything is. After that, get a drink (you take your own and leave them at the bar- your drinks get tickets on them so the bar staff know who’s is who’s)

Just start talking to people. Talk to everyone not just the ones you want to jump lol. Once you start getting to know people they’ll introduce you to others and you’ll have a great time .

If ur planning a visit to cjs best to book in pretty sharpish as spaces for single guys go pretty quickly.. cjs is a great night , cj is a fantastic host .. my advice take a deep breath and jump !

Hi folks

Where do I start, tonight was my first visit

I was made to feel very welcoming from the get go. Thank you to everyone that spoke to me and put my mind at ease.

I will defo be back. I went tonight with the mindset to say hello to people and get to know folk. I wasn’t interested in getting my rocks off, well not tonight I’ll save that for next time.

Speak to people And just be yourself unless you’re not a people person …….

Sure halloween is full for single guys and couples are down to reserve lists
