Can anyone suggest hotels (preferably outwith the city centre), where they don't mind a lot of coming (excuse the pun), and going?xx

Try village hotels

Don’t need a keycard for the lift pre pandemic but not used them for a few years

What about arranging a group of people singles and couples to book into the same hotel - everyone can then enjoy the facilities!

Quite a few have Ring doorbells and can see everyone arriving and leaving. I’m on a Fb for AirBnB and they are aware of what goes on. Breaching their rules can get you banned from booking them.

You’re better to get an air bnb for such activity

The airport hotels are used to folks checking in for a few hours as well as offering day use rooms in some cases... everyone turning up to see you is popping in before a conference!

+1 for village hotels. Used the one just outside city center and I’m sure access to the rooms is before you get to reception
