Mixed thoughts, I get the whole spiritual mindfulness side of it , and I really think that's great , I maybe find it a bit over the top ? .am I wrong?

Didn't see the latest episode.

Saw the first one and whilst I'm all for folk living their lives as they like, I was left unconvinced that the lifestyle they had wasn't negatively impacting their relationships.

Especially the wee red headed lassie.

Was alright, but off putting with the American presenter and the recap guy. Good concept though
