From my experience many years ago (I only went twice)

It was a small flat, you had access to a room which had a bed and 2 couches in it. It was mostly a greedy girls type scenario with usually a couple of female hostesses.

It’s one of those marmite places you will either love or hate it but I’d advise you try to go along with someone you know for your first time.

We have been in a club when it has been so called raided.

The media don't half print some drivel.

It wasn't a raid it was a visit from four officers who had had an anonymous tip off that the premises were selling alcohol without a licence.

The place wasn't stormed, nobody was held and made answer questions and nobody was arrested.

In fairness to the Police they acted in a very slick and professional manner and left as soon as they happy with thier findings.

As others have said, references to the 'old place' and insults to the ladies are no help to anyone.

I went quite a few times just before lockdown and found it to be well run and friendly. Tends to be based around the same 2 or 3 ladies most of the time but there were other from time to time. The only thing I didn't like is that they insisted on condoms for oral, and the things appeared to be made from old bicycle tyres they were that thick.

Looking forward to them opening again. I hope it goes well.

There's a difference between stating your sexual preferences and using someones weight in a demeaning way. Your use of the "description" of overweight women was not to state a preference, it was used in a derogatory way to emphasise your distaste at the venue. Your use of the term in that way however says more about you than it does the venue or the women

Saying someone is fat doesn't have to be used in a derogatory manner, but the person in question used the description in just that way. That is when it becomes offensive, when it is used not as a description, but as a slur.

Yip weeks ago a lady mentioned it to me,puzzled me not in reviews, maybe because its,a boutique venue?..googled it as u do, only police visit..wasn't till yesterday a lady pointed me in direction

As a fat lass, who's been to shoebox (old venue), I had many a laugh there, met couple people on first visit I'm still in touch with and the others in attendance didn't seem to mind my tummy!!

It wasn't a venue to go and chit chat over a buffet. Was a sex venue with option watch, play and enjoy sex in a safe place.

I've only been to new venue once so j can't really comment on that.
