You can't be refused entry if you don't have it. If you are exempt you don't have to show any proof and you can not be refused entry. I can't remember if it was the government or NHS site I read it on

"You can't be refused entry if you don't have it. If you are exempt you don't have to show any proof and you can not be refused entry. I can't remember if it was the government or NHS site I read it on"

It says on the Scottish Gov site about it that you have to show the app passport, an official paper copy, or the exception certificate.

So basically without the app or the right bit of paper, you're not meant to get in.

Just found out from looking, that I've got my 3rd appointment, but it's at a place I can't realistically get to without getting 3 different buses, and I can't pick the place I had my first two vaccines.

As from the 2nd of October it's mandatory for all clubs, nightlife and hospitality.

It's literally a 5mns Web process

Honestly this is a nightmare because no one knows what the government is doing from one day to the next and having a covid passport just to get In to somewhere is mental I dont think England are doing it I'm not 100 percent tho but seems to be is England dont do somthing Scotland does just pathetic

What is CJ's capacity?

Nothing to do with capacity. It states in the guidelines on government website sexual entertainment venues xxx

"You can't be refused entry if you don't have it. If you are exempt you don't have to show any proof and you can not be refused entry. I can't remember if it was the government or NHS site I read it on"

Where this breaks down is that CJ can refuse entry to anyone she chooses. Irrespective of having passports/exemptions or anything else.

If proof is reqd and someone says " i am exempt" she can refuse entry simply by saying you look under the influence

Please keep us updated on the Covid cert situation, as I am going to a later do.

CJs is probably obliged to follow Scottish gov't dictates as it is probably classed as a Sexual entertainment venue (specifically mentioned) rather than a night-club.

My certs, are not issued by NHS Scotland, so that may be interesting

Wee unplanned visit last night and wasn't disappointed had a fantastic night and felt amazing after my massage. Got chatting to so many new people last night.

As for the passport Caroline has to follow the Scottish government policies that have been put in place for any sex club so will need to now send proof.

Unfortunately she has to follow this as am sure there will be random spot checks. Both myself and hubby are double vaccinated that was more to do with health reasons and work than wanting to have it.

If you have been double vaccinate it's easy enough to send the proof, or show medical exemption. Unfortunately this is out of Caroline hands and is another way for the government to have some sort of control in the hope that more people get the vaccination.

Personally I can't see it working as people are already voicing that it's taken away their human rights

We will all just have to sit back and either show proof to attend for now or wait and see what happens
