Voodoo rooms do speciality cocktails.

I know there are a couple of new places opened up in the new st James.. pretty sure one is a cocktail experience bar thingy. Someone else may have been and cab elaborate.

Depends what you are looking for

I find George street fairly pretentious and over priced but busy.

The Grass market is more chilled.

If you are into cocktails … you need to head to somewhere that does the good stuff .. bramble is amazing
