I have had a couple of meets and to be fair you need a bit of a connection. If I don’t feel it no harm is done but of the 2 girls I have met because I have not felt the connection it’s like I am a murderer. It’s nice to be nice and fancying is a two way thing…..I thought ??

Rejection is not the end of the world

Well you are doing better than you were 3 weeks ago when you posted you couldn’t make a connection with anyone! Good luck going forward.

Rejection is probably not the best term to employ. A graceful no connection/or not enough attraction would be better. I’ve been in the same position a few times with different reactions depending upon the person or situation. Most still end in friendship. But I’ve had the “how dare you” before but you’ve a choice like anyone else. A bad reaction to a No Thank You is a reflection on them, not you.

There definitely has to be a spark of some sort. If I don’t feel it then I don’t take it any further. I’ve had a lot of coffee meets that have gone no further. Where there’s a spark the fun has been great and usually become good friends that play.

It is possible to socialise and have fun with Fab friends without becoming attached.

For those that can’t spare 30 mins for a coffee and a chat then that’s their loss not mine.
