‘Cum Bubbles’. Looking to form a small network of STI tested guys.

Hey all.

The past 18 months has taught us that small groups of people can form themselves into a bubble, and as long as we stick to some sensible rules, we can interact safely within that bubble and pose no risk to each other.

I want to create the same thing with a regularly STI tested group. A ‘Cum Bubble’ if you like… I know, we’re hilarious.

This will be a small trustworthy group of guys, who will help me give some women I know safe bareback creampie gangbangs. A very strong fantasy they have, but that we want to live out in as safe a way as possible.

There will be a lot of trust required. Those in the bubble who then play unprotected outside of it, we would ask them to be open about that and to get tested again before we next play with them. The same rule would apply to us.

The reward for signing up to this, and playing by the rules, you will get a regular invite to play with our group and have this kind of fun in a safe and sensible way.

It’s initially a group of reliable genuine guys that we are looking to form. Once we get that established, we would be open to hearing from women and couples who are also interested in exploring this fantasy, joining our bubble, and who would agree to play by these rules.

There will be criticism of this from some. And we know this can never be 100% safe, the weak point is the honesty of those we play with. We will need to trust them and they us. And with regular testing, we will be able to be reassured that the bubble has been maintained.

We look forward to hearing from those interested.

Thanks.

Unfortunately none of what you think should happen can be enforced or policed.

People inherently lie to get what they want, in your scenario, to be part of your bubble.

Good luck with it guys but if I'm honest, you'd be as well dispensing with all the bubble and tested and trust aspects and just do your own thing with whoever you want , weighing up the risks on a person to person basis.

Tests can be verified. Trust can be established, with the reward of ongoing regular play.

We’re realistic, not everyone will behave, and we’ll make judgments about who we think we can trust.

Any suggestion of people not abiding by the rules, will see them removed from the bubble.

And there will be regular ongoing testing too. Again, verified. Because you absolutely can do that.

Just a point .. HIV can be in the blood stream for up to 12 weeks undetected, so even with regular testing it's flawed on the safety front , would then mean having to wait 3 months from testing till playing to make sure the person in question is clean .

Ideally, those invited in will be like us, who get tested regular.

Everyone attending the poker night will also be tested, but this is for after… building on that initial network we’ll have built, and for those who are interested in meeting up again.

It's hard enough trying to organise an event let alone get people tested on the day of the event as that's what would be required. Also let's assume someone did bring an STI to your event how would you know who it was ? Would you now require a before event and after event test , what's stopping the guilty party claiming he got the STI at your event. Your faith in humanity is admired but very misguided.

In an ideal world you would get such a group, I think reality will be the wake up call but like I say good luck with it anyway.

We all have our own interests and kinks and in this place that should be understood more than elsewhere.

STI tests for poker night we can confirm were started a month ago but do understand any late interest is both short of time (too short now since takes 10 days to get all results back) and finding it difficult to get 1 booked.

As for this couples desire for a bubble, we accept that’s their right and wish you both luck with it.

We should all have that view whether you personally agree or not, it’s their choice and right. They ain’t forcing you to join or undertake regular tests but isn’t that something you should be doing anyway?

We won’t do bareback intercourse outwith each other but still will test and for poker night we did.

Really don’t understand the negativity over being tested, worried may have something?

Aye I agree it's down to individuals what they choose to do .. was only saying for a safety aspect of being tested HIV can go undetected for 12 weeks in the bloodstream , so testing would only insure safety if its 12 weeks after intercourse till they choose to play again , wasn't being negative just pointing it out .. its no skin of my nose what others choose to do

We weren't really aiming our response at anyone in particular on this thread, especially given none are really that bad or failing to accept their search.

Was more a general consensus from few posts read recently and in past.

From what we have seen, really don't understand why but there does seem to be reluctance shown towards general good health care and sense particularly when it comes to STI testing.

Just bizarre… Why would being tested on the day of play be required? That’s just not practical or possible. Results take 5+ days after being tested at a sexual health clinic.

Being tested regular and having frank honest discussions with those we will play with, those we will have built up trust with as part of a bubble, and who in turn need to trust us too. Those who are asking the same questions of us around who we’ve played with, how and when. Who share the same concerns about their own health and safety that we do with our own.

All of that is perfectly achievable with sensible, reasonable, hedonistic adults. I’m not buying into your cynicism. Most people are genuine and decent, and for those into this, I believe they would happily forego casual unsafe encounters over regular ongoing sessions, that they know are safe, as long as the bubble persists.

With some due diligence, it’s not that hard to achieve IMO.

And although it’s not 100% guaranteed to be a completely secure bubble, why let the perfect be the enemy of the good?

We have an idea of a trade off, those who are into it, we’ll discuss it with them and make a judgement call based on our impression of them. Those who aren’t into it, (and I’ve put you on the ‘no’ list already), we’re happy to have a philosophical and theoretical discussion around it if you want, but we are intelligent, articulate, kink loving adults, making informed decisions, and we’re going to carry on and do what we think is the right way to have this kind of play safely, and we don’t need your permission and we certainly aren’t seeking your approval.

Thanks all the same.

I think the end of lockdown saw a lot of people fucking and then going for tests. That appears to have backed up appointments.

Some places seem to not be as badly affected as others, but even in the places where it’s difficult to get appointments, home test kits are being sent out promptly.

Love you guys, thank you, and this ^^^^

Whatever anyone thinks of the bubble idea… if you’re having meets on here, then routinely getting tested regularly, that should absolutely be a regular part of what you’re doing too.

I went last week to be told no routine testing at all unless you have symptoms. I always fuck safe but there's always slight chances you take with oral of course.

All honesty I’m against bareback fun with strangers. That said this is nothing really “strangers”

You’ve got a great idea on your hands so to speak. Enforcement may be an issue but it’s a trust thing at the end of that day and that’s down to your choice. I’m sure once these start, the guys involved won’t want to ruin further chances.

Say there’s a party on a Saturday night, you could in theory inform everyone they must book and attend a test on Monday so they can attend your next one.

That way you should be notified fairly quickly if anything has been passed.

As said about the 12 weeks, I think a spell of protected sex for all concerned is the only way you’ll be certain the group is sti free.

Yeah, different and limited availability in different areas. Glasgow seems to be the most difficult to get appointments. Home test kits only, is what those in touch have reported.

I’ve had no issues being tested in Glasgow. I got a test done last month and one done in April.

Actually i got 2 done in July. They called to say the first urine sample had been contaminated or something so could I come back in and do it again. Got the results back about 6/7 days later.

I get tested pretty regularly. Bareback isn’t for me but I don’t use protection when receiving oral so just for my own peace of mind I get tested if I get the opportunity

Ye definitely. In my area theres not even home tests. And home ones don't test everything, just more "serious" diseases

I think the end of lockdown on 19th July and the start of everyone fucking, I reckon that’s put a much higher demand on sexual health services, and that’s been the cause of the reduction in availability.

I think this is an admirable idea, essentially building a group of people who are testing regularly and one play bare with people from within the bubble.

It's adjacent to creating a polyamorous pod, who only play bare with people in the pod.

Now obviously trust needs to be built over time, this isn't an overnight thing. Just like in a new relationship you use protection at the start but over time as trust and respect is built move towards being fluid bonded
