I messaged a woman this morning and things were going well and we went back and forth for a while.

We switched over to WhatsApp and exchanged a few messages and I sent a face pic.

I asked her for a picture as her profile had none, I did not get one but didn't ask again. We exchanged a few more messages.

She asked if I would like to meet, so I asked when.

She wanted me to meet later today but could she call me first.

I don't normally meet as quickly as that but as things were going well I said that I could possibly meet and we spoke.

We chatted for a bit and she asked to go on video call which we did.

She seemed familiar but I thought it may have been from seeing her on Fab before.

As things were going well I asked about arranging a meet sometime and she said it would have to be this week as she could not next week.

I mentioned her request to meet later today and she said she was hanging up as I was being pushy and that was it.

I thought this strange as she had suggested it in our messages.

I checked some old messages from a while back, this time on kik after a initial Fab contact, as she was familiar.

It seems that I have had similar messages from her before, chatting away then suggesting a meet then no reply. She was under a different profile name then.

Both Fab profiles are gone.

I think I acted normally but she has me doubting myself now.

Do you think I was in the wrong?

If you hadn't seen her on a video call i would have said it's a man.

Maybe I am the weird one but I don't think I was being weird.

Our messages were going well so I went along with it.

I would not have met her without us getting on and some pictures being exchanged.

Maybe I'm naive but it never dawned on me that it could be a man and it did not turn out to be.

Sometimes we do t get answers to others behaviour OP, regardless of how strange it may be. Can’t see you did anything wrong though, maybe she’s a time waster, maybe she took cold feet… all you do is mark it to experience and move on x

I have genuinely had a positive time on Fab and some fun along the way.

Cold feet I can understand but it was just such a sudden flip, which left me wondering if I had said something daft!

You may have, even if unwittingly but you won’t ever know unless she tells you which seems unlikely. Plenty more fish as they say, continue with the positivity and have fun
