*Obviously legal age and all that*

Not sure how everyone feels regarding this but for me if I am attracted to someone the age gap doesn’t really bother me… is the age gap that much of a deal breaker even if your attracted to the person?

I'd go 15 years younger and 15 years older. The upper age limit can be increased with the presence of a full set of dentures, though.

I used to be very aware of age but as I’m getting older, I’m not prepared to accept that i am 4 years away from being 50. Younger men have become more appealing to me and although my youngest limit is set at 34 if I clicked with someone younger I would not rule them out.

I personally wouldn’t meet anyone under the age of 30 although I don’t have an upper age limit. I also like to feel attractive to the person and not like someone’s mother lol

It matters to me. I went out with my age range last week and got chatting to a 40 yr old guy. Couldn't get anything out of him, absolutely no conversation at all. Won't be making that mistake again lol x

Some add limits other don't bother.

That's why I do stick to my age filters and age group. We seem to get on better as opposed to someone younger. As Bluebell said, it's all about personality but it also helps if you can talk to each other

I tend to find that i have much more in common with a younger man than i do with men my own age. That's not to say that i wouldn't meet someone my own age or older but the meets i had on my pre covid profile on here were predominantly around the 10 years younger range x

I don't think it's just that tbh, last thing I'm thinking about on here is my family but if it's too big a gap you gotta wonder about communication compatibility... Fine if its a quick knee trembler you're after but I'd look for someone I can socialise with too so would want someone on similar wavelength re interests etc.

I have met (not always in a sexual way) people Ladies and men who are in their 30's 40' and older who have the maturity and communication skills of a primary school kid. Likewise I have met teenagers and early 20's men and women who are very mature and possess great communication skills. Any relationship weather it will last a few hours or a lifetime is always better if both sides can communicate openly and honestly with each other. That skill is not always learned irrespective of age, Sometimes It is never learned at all.

I've set a lower age range as I don't expect to have any connection with those younger. I'm not too worried about the upper limit as I'm 56! I have found it frustrating that many of the women who appear in my Local Updates feed have set 55 as their upper limit. I can guess with the number of men on here that every year added it increases the number in their searches by hundreds, so I do understand despite my frustration.
