Did you ever sit in your house sipping a can of tab clear & eating a marathon while cutting up boxes to use with your barcode battler?

Nope...

Did you ever eat a packet of crisps then hold it to the fire and melt it to a Mini packet of crisps?

Ofcourse!

I think you had to be an 80s kid to do the tab clear / barcode battler thing tbh

I don't clop. I have more respect for animated ponies than I do for porn. Its just really awesome when you're invited on a night out drinking with an ex and some of her random friends you haven't ever met, and someone's phone rings and its the theme tune. My head slowly turned. "hoofbump". Its always fun when you meet someone in an obscure fandom in the wild.

I wouldn't say it's very obscure, I've seen a number of men who should know better wearing MLP t-shirts in Glasgow...

Never understood carebears. The new My Little Pony series is kind of a break from the classic MLP stuff. Its actually got a mass of cultural references that you would only pick up on if you're over 18, and the animation style is contemporary and rather stylised in the same way that Happy Tree Friends is. Since I suffer from Bipolar disorder, I find watching it is like visual prozac, but without the side effects associated with anti-depressants.

You mean playpiece surely? Mine was crisps. But they tended to go forgotten in favour of a game of heedees (or headers to those not in the know) under the shelter
