JUST TO CLARIFY THAT THE SOCIAL IS TOMORROW THE 24TH.. AS IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN AND I HAVE NOT JUST CHANGED THE DATE!! ORIGINAL POST WAS THE 24TH.

This is one of the modern trends which annoys me a wee bit. Burns Night seems to stretch from Ne'erday to Valentines Day and St Andrew's Night runs from Halloween till Christmas Eve

No doubt someone will suggest moving Christmas to Fair Friday 'cos the weather's likely to be better.

Seriously though Jim its a Swingers Social after all and like others have said, people have kids who like to do stuff on Halloween Night itself so well done dm for choosing tonight instead!
