"I should clarify, i wasnt talking about the amazing athletes i was kinda talking about the opening ceremony, where was Paul Mc Cartney The perv George Micheal and all the others that were so keen to do the big olympics for nothing but to showcase there careers but for this one? errr who was there? Shocking i think as i believe these can be and will be just as important! " Couldn't agree more. I have a friend who is in the Irish squad who used to be a great GAA football player until he had a spinal injury...he has worked bloomin hard to get fit to compete in the paralympics. In most cases they have to work harder and be more determined than able bodied athletes.. XxCxX | |||
