Somewhere over there

I saw the start of it; had been watching all the rowing races. I’ll prob be keeping an eye on swimming & athletics

I’m lucky enough to know folk attending the Paralympics so keen for when that comes round.

I usually take time off work for it, but due to the unusual circumstances this past year I will be working but have it set to record

I'm really looking forward to the new events, skateboarding and climbing as well as the old favourites swimming and athletics

Loving the swimming. Might get up at 3am to watch Adam Peaty. There’s been a few upsets with the results so far in different events. Definitely an Olympic Games where an outsider can win.

Simply amazing women's road race, Well done Anna Kisenhofer, a true contender for the BBC overseas sports personality of the year in December.

It was a staggering ride - she has a PhD in maths and doesn’t even ride for a team

Im sure we will hear her name mentioned in major races from now on as teams will probably be falling over each other to sign her.
