I’ve slept better the past two nights

Thankfully working from home so been taking extra breaks to have a cool shower during the day

I love it for sunbathing but trying to sleep has been murder even with a fan on,however I got a much better sleep last night thank god

I usually take a good tan with this weather but been limiting in sitting out due to sleepless nights.But like others have said, probably last night (Friday) was the best out of the week.

I've been loving the weather. Nice cool shower before bed, hair slightly damp and I've slept not too bad. Was a lot cooler last night, slept great. Hoping the sun appears again today

I've heard filling a hot water bottle with cold water and putting it in the freezer.Then put you're feet on top of it in bed seems too work.

Not tried it,but know 2 people who have.

Nearly. Stayed in the shade foe a couple of days. Back out to top it up yesterday and today. Luckily if I burn it goes brown when its calmed down.

I've been out every day since the start of the hot weather and today I spent the day in the park. Always taken a good colour and I've got a nice golden brown tan now x
