Do you ladies really like beards? if so what style? ZZ top or well kept and maintained?

Been thinking about it for some time now but in this heat it must itch like f*ck..

Interested in your thoughts.

Love a beard, not on everyone though (hate it on me )

Depends on the man which type I prefer but agree must be irritating in the heat

Agree with Cadbury, if the gentleman rocks it then it doesn’t matter what style it is

No idea, I'm lost. Damn Sat nav!

I've said many a time it depends on the wearer some suit it some don't.

My preference is still clean shaven but if I was into a beard style it would be neatly trimmed and Conditiond

Don't do it. Take it from a man who literally just shaved off his impressive number due to the feeling I was wearing a fucking balaclava in this heat. I could feel myself getting cooler with every pass of the shaver.

Aye to a well kept, trimmed and designer look stubble

Naw to bushy, unkept, pointy and long.

Facial hair is a turn off for me. Will be glad when this fashion for beards ends

When I don't shave for a week or 2 it comes in grey patches with black, I am not blessed with a full mount of face hair and its much like a goaty beard but I gets extremely itches so shave it off...personally speaking a month of not shaving I would be feeling like I was going to go crazy, might just go a week or 2 then go clean shaven.

I like a short well kept beard and designer stubble type as well. Never been a fan of the ZZ Top style but one of my friends on here has this style and he absolutely rocks it x

Mines too short to be a bother in this heat. Shaving it off is not an option. I did once and felt naked. Which I often am in this heat.

I think it depends on the man. I prefer either stubble or short, groomed beards.

Definitely not a fan of ZZ top/ Dumbledore style. Or fancy twirls, curls or plaits.

As a bearded man, the heat isn't an issue, you kinda get used to it, the itchy bit comes when you are trying to grow it in.

Yeah it's the itchy and scratching part that I can't cope with, longest I've went was 3 weeks and will never attempt that again..

The best advice I can give is make sure you moisturize and once the beard has some length to it, use a beard oil and brush.

This thread just depresses me as I'm facially follically challenged and would like to grow a proper epic beard just once in my lifetime. Sad really lol

Mine was long enough that it would have covered the top button of a shirt. When we started using masks, I just couldn't cope. Cut it right down. I definitely get less compliments now so, I'm undecided whether to grow it back or not.

My weans rip the pish when I grow my beard so I end up shaving it off. Always wanted to grow it down to my tits but they hang around my knees nowadays so doubt it will ever happen. Missed opportunities

Mine is short and maintained, just get the weekly pressure and stress of trying to trim my neckline correctly. Never seems to just be perfect! Any tips?

See this is where I'd go wrong having to keep up a routine to keep it looking stylish, I think I will stuck to clean shaven there's no such hassles..

Tried during lockdown but just heading to barbers again. Not to expensive if you keep on top of it.
