Nerves are all part and parcel of swinging its what makes it so exciting the anticipation of meeting new people just try and relax a bit and enjoy xxx

Go to a social or club first.

No playing at socials so you would get to meet new, likeminded folk, without any pressure.

If you go to a club then you only play if you want to, or behind closed doors if the mood takes you
