I would say hand holding is only for your partner or husband if you have one. However touching hands when getting "intimate" with a fellow fabber is very arousing x

Personally I wouldn't worry to much. But again, it depends on how well you know this person and the circumstances. Walking around while hand holding would feel very strange. Sitting in a bar couch chatting and holding hands, I think less so, especially at at social with a couple. But again, location location location.

What I find totally normal and a bit a turn on is when a lady pulls you by the hand, like when there is her favourite song on and she pulls you out to dance

Actually, now that I think about it… I met someone for the first time quite recently who I felt I had got to know very well through internet chat alone.

When we eventually met face to face, we held hands while walking to our destination.

For me personally, sex is animalistic, it doesn't have to hold any special meaning or emotional intimacy to it. I like to have particular things reserved for those I have an emotional connection with. It's being able to differentiate sex and love, much like sex workers do.

Sex is pleasure, affection such as hand holding is emotional.

That may be social conditioning but as an active swinger I prefer to keep boundaries between my sex life and my love life.

Why over think it, we all have different views, hand holding is something I do with my kids, my late hubby, I don't hold hands with those I am swinging with, would seem odd me holding hands with a couple. However, I wouldn't knock someone else for doing it. Comparing to another culture is irrelevant, as all cultures have different views and no matter what one culture is doing, it dosent mean all cultures view in the same way.
