Did anyone see this nugget in the England end. Why have politics made it into football. Everyone from Scotland used to support Scotland but now the unionist seem to keep quiet about it. Like a true Scotland supporter I hope we win on Tuesday, get into the knockout stages, get an easy team and you never know, we might win it ??????????????????

He was In hospitality, he is a SFA referee, and sadly the snp has made the country divided. I saw on Twitter an snp msp comparing himself to Douglas Ross like both can’t be fans.

No the SNP have not divided us, the SNP want independence and Rangers Fans (most who wave a union jack and sing British songs) want to stay British so hate the SNP for wanting to leave the UK. The SNP and SFA have no agenda against us (Im a Rangers fan) I have never accepted introjected beliefs. I support the country I was born in ??????????????

Another person falling foul of biased reporting, all of the parties at Holyrood received an invite from UEFA, the SNP sent a minister in place of NS.

However Dougies glee at taking selfies with England legends could prove to be an own goal (pun intended)

And when NS sat in the Royal box at Wimbledon watching Andy Murray, was she criticised or commented on?

The guy got a socially distanced selfie with a top football player, what’s the issue?

I was born and lived in a country until I was 6. I've lived in two other countries since then, and a few months in another. I'm settled now in Scotland and not leaving.

I'm wondering who I support at international sport...

The snp haven't made the country divided, they stand on the manifesto pledge of offering the people of Scotland a choice. They have won (convincingly) every election for years now. It's the unionist parties who ignore the democratic right of the Scottish electorate that are dividing the country. This issue will only EVER be resolved one way all the unionists are doing is wasting time driving that wedge deeper.

I’m sorry. That’s simply not a true reflection of what Rangers fans feel about the snp. I can’t believe given the double standards on display over George Square and events in London that you would even bring this up.

So my question to you is why would you?

I accept that many Rangers fans are still Scotland fans. I simply cannot do that anymore. I still want Scotland to win but I could never associate myself with their over politicised fans.

Country has been divided for hundreds of years, some "peepul" are just unhappy that finally the country is becoming a lot more equal for all parts of society. Not before time, though a lot of dinosaurs would prefer things were the same as the 60/70/80s etc. Change is going to continue thankfully

Unionist parties weren’t a block vote. Otherwise it would simply be 2 party politics.

How many constituency seats did the unionist win ?

If it weren’t for the PR system the unionists would be wiped completely from Scotland.

Claiming everyone who voted tory, Labour or dem voted for the union is uneducated. Swathes of Labour voters want indy.

So people can't change their minds? New voters don't get a say? Not a very democratic view is it?

We just had one on May 6th. Unionist parties got more votes than seperatists did. I guess no doesn't mean no to you lot

Yes, I seen them coming out to vote in 2014. They made their point clear

You referenced 6th May, so you’re conceding your point wasn’t thought out or educated

Both votes were decisive. You just can't accept it. Anyway, I shall leave you two ladies to cry over split milk. Ciao ????"

Tick tock, our day is coming.

"Did anyone see this nugget in the England end. Why have politics made it into football. Everyone from Scotland used to support Scotland but now the unionist seem to keep quiet about it. Like a true Scotland supporter I hope we win on Tuesday, get into the knockout stages, get an easy team and you never know, we might win it ??????????????????

Look at DR's reply on twitter. There was an snp mp sat a few seats away from him. Don't you do any form of basic research before you comment on political matters? I guess thats why you vote snp and they will continue to divide the country

Country has been divided for hundreds of years, some "peepul" are just unhappy that finally the country is becoming a lot more equal for all parts of society. Not before time, though a lot of dinosaurs would prefer things were the same as the 60/70/80s etc. Change is going to continue thankfully

It wasn't actually. There wasnt even a seperatist movement until quite recently. The snp clowns have been caight out by that lie many a time. They are to blame for how divided our country is. Nobody else. And no deary, we voted and the answer was no.

So people can't change their minds? New voters don't get a say? Not a very democratic view is it?

Decisive in that the pro indy has a majority.

Next you’ll claim the 37% electorate who didn’t vote all count towards a unionist vote regardless.

The Tories haven't won a General Election on the popular vote since 1955.....fact!

They stood an a ticket of opposing a policy that would allow Scotland to choose its future....they lost. The SNP got more than double the Tories seats. Once again there is a majority in the Scottish Parliament to have a second vote. That is democracy.

If the only ticket I could get was in the England end damn right I would take it ! I’d be cheering on the dark blues, wearing my Scotland top with pride !"

Well said, I am there to support my team, who gives a toss which end I am in. Its Sport, it should be friendly rivalry...if we win we win if Scotland lose we accept defeat graciously and we fight on ! Pmsl at 'I wouldn't sit in the English end' are you scared lol
