I’ve been up and out a wee dauner.

Just about to start work now but should be a short day.

Recovery day today after a long cycle yesterday. Maybe a 5 mile walk in the morning sunshine. Wash the car, cut the grass, perv on fab then watch Scotland sadly get humped tonight at the football.
