Hi all

Currently on holiday on the Ardnamurchan peninsula - anyone got any good suggestions of things to do and visit?

Thanks

Glasgow (for now)

Take the ferry over to Tobermory.

Or drive up to Castle Tioram.

Or go and find where the Element Strontium was first discovered.

Or even just go for a walk, walkhighlands dot co dot uk is pretty good - they grade walks by difficulty and have a good route description.

Edinburgh

Ferry to Mull, and Tobermory. Calgary Bay, or the foot ferry to Iona.

One of my favourite places. Lots of lovely beaches to enjoy in this weather as well as some really nice walks. Also some amazing places to eat, although I'm not sure what is open just now.

I'll second that for Castle Tioram. Just an amazing place to be.

Thanks all - had a great time. Lots of walks, Sanna is amazing and a trip over to Mull was great with fish and chips on the seafront.
