I do this all the time! Not!

Sorry, I had to google it...

I’ll need to be on 200 squats a day before I attempted anything like this but in terms of stimulation...it looks like it would hit a couple of spots for me!

My Amazon position is that it’s been a godsend during lockdown, but I much prefer a wee trip out to the shops.
