Do you have any pre-meet,(of the fun kind),established routines/preparations?

Is a certain amount of sleep and rest vital for example?

Lol generally it consists of me fretting excessively wether or not they will actually turn up as promised or wether or not they will look anything like their profile pics lol otherwise I meditate to my panpipes cd lol only joking

Yep, people turning up is always a bit stressy, stress is'nt the best pre-meet addition.

as soon as i arrange a meet i start to perspire in anticipation/nerves.....a shower and hand relief is needed!
