Sloans is looking good. It's under cover and they have heaters too incase the temperature drops.

It depends on what you're looking for really. If the weather is nice, pretty much every pub and restaurant along Gordon Street and Buchanan Street will have an area you can drink in.

Royal Exchange Square will be busy and I'm pretty sure The Counting House on George Square has set up a massive outdoor area to drink.

Give those places a bash first.
