Men mailing veri's?

I was told by a friend (on my veri's) that some guy had mailed him to ask about me, and asked if he would have a chance????

WTF!!

Is this common practice? I don't think it's right to do that! So now do I hide my veri's?

What's everyone else's thoughts on it?

it is often mentioned about 'the sisterhood' when the ladies discuss the 'not so good guys to look out for' but also the 'good guys'...

A lot of checking other people's verifications happens and often to check out commonality and preferences. Some guys will also befriend others they think may be able to help them get meets.

I don't think there is anything wrong with people wanting to check u out no different to girlfriends asking what guys are like you've met..take it as a compliment x

I got asked a few times about the people I been with. Last who asked was a couple who wanted to know about 3 very different people... Didn't really know what to say to be honest. If they want to get to know someone why come through me when they could speak to the people in question?

I always look åt who a potential meet has met.says alot about them.

What i have a problem with is..someone who i have met " recomending" then a random mail saying oh...such and such said i Should mail you for fun

Never had a mail asking about anyone lol! Probably as most of the people on my very list are.... Well.... Ermmm.... Well known? (in a sociable way of course lol) hey Auds.... I didn't get a recommendation, but fancy a shag anyways? Lol

But then ur not going to give the same opinion as the guys who have met you are you ie she gives great head or she fucks like a porn star or that your the most beautiful woman on here ...so getting it from someone who's met you gives them what they want to know about you

Reading some verifications make me cringe, and I cant understand why ppl display them. Who wants to know and who cares about details ffs.

I just want to know if someone is genuine and are gonna turn up. I'll make my own mind up if they're any good in the sack.......... if it gets that far.

Me too he did this n she did that and Ohhh he's brilliant and she's awesome kind of verys puts me off when someone puts their meets up on a pedestal you just think why bother cause they only have eyes for one lol

If I was asked about any of my Veri's I'd be happy to confirm that the person had turned up, was not a timewaster and di not have BO, but other than that, what ever happened is a private matter. The enquirer could be stalker or some one witha grudge for all I know.

Not had any such queries thankfully!

I always check out who people have met and have asked close friends from here what some people are like (on a personal level not sexual I have no interest in that as what is good for one may not be good for another) so if someone were to mail and ask about me i would not be bothered in the slightest. x

My Account Manage Verifications and then choose to Show/Hide.

Maybe a fine line between showing the veri's and having them mailed asking about you and not having them showing and people thinking you dont meet/fake.

I have seen some people offer to show veri's for a few minutes when people ask in mail though.

yeah I do have some showing but not them all, as I don't really need to show every meet I've been on, and thought u could get the general gist from them! Thanks for that though .

I had a straight guy I was talking to and I was snooping about and found he had verified some old gay guy by meeting in person. So I mentioned it to him and apparently he didnt meet him, his account was hacked by the guy with the verification and he gave him it himself.

Thats the one good point about verificatons. You can see if someone who your thinking of meeting has been meeting others especially straight guys meeting men

i would never believe that story in a million years why would someone hack another guys account just to verify themselfs and if that was the case then why didnt the guy report him instead of accepting the verification being there ?

Some guys do regard other guys as their route/ticket to another meet.

And it often is by them simply looking up your latest veri as a reference point, so often its nothing to do with who they have met in any way "refering them", simply chancers more often than anything else,,, some chancers succeed!!

Tell me about it! The amount if guys that try to befriend me to get them meets is unreal and alot of then act like I owe them something when I don't know them and if I don't immediately facilitate something they get passed off,its nuts lol
