"I meditate every day, walk as much as I can and I read too. I love the escapism of getting lost in a book x What's your go to meditations? You do guided or just silent eyes closed and concentrating on the breath? Have you tried to the wim hof method? Sad to say I don't read much can never find the time I should try make more of an effort with that" I do a bit of both. I downloaded the Headspace app and did the sessions every day but did away with it when it asked for me to purchase the advanced. I'm going through the Headspace guide on Netflix as well. It gives you a good sense of what to do just taking five minutes every day just to sit and focus on your breathing as well. Overall it's actually helped me breathing better and feeling pretty good for it x

"Use the headspace app for meditation and sleep music. Along with going for walks and listening to music and podcasts are good for me mentally especially this last year. " Yeah this headspace app seems to be pretty popular. I'd say the exact same things have kept me going this past year, especially going walking in the hills and camping. Somewhere you can see the stars, really brings things into perspective
