For me it’s usually salt and pepper, but sometimes I treat myself with Lee & Perrins.

Sea salt cos its got a wee crunch to it and loads of black pepper - never tried lea & perrins but will definitely try it now you've put the idea in my head

pepper but not salt as the cheese is salty enough .

Sometimes a few slices of pepperoni to make it pizza style lol

Ground black pepper. If I'm putting Lea & Perrin on it, I put it on the bread before putting on the cheese.

Here was me thinking it was a sweet topping made by Birds.

Ho hum.

Beans on toast, dash of Lea & Perrins, a few dried chilli flakes, topped with fresh mozzarella - done under the grill till bubbling...

Pepper or Lee & Perrins but the best has to be Arran mustard, either on top or better the bread and cheese before being toasted.
