"I have several things i love to do If cooking for a few then beer butt chicken is amazing Doing chicken tikka/ tandoor is amazing too either as a skinned spatchcock chicken or diced breast/ thighs Chorizo sausage is amazing on the bbq, And rough chunker veggies, peppers onions are brilliant For desert, pineapple fingers, halved peaches grilled are brill" I make chicken tikka & tandoori skewers and they always go down a treat  | |||

See now i want that, might do that with the cooker grill for dinner tonightI use tikka/ tandoori spices mixed with natural yoghurt "Ive done it that way too before super yummy and you get to pick how spicy you want it Also done flat breads on the bbq before, if the notion takes ill try to cook anything on bbq, except fish never fish (or ice cream lol) | |||

God my mouths watering now "Good quality being the key, if the meat content is too low the fat that escapes causes too much fire and flames and spoils the whole thing I used to have a huge overgrown rosemary Bush and often threw a branch or two onto the embers, great smoke for flavouring chicken until the branch catches fire! Mmmm you got my mouth watering.... | |||
