I own a building firm and have had some very interesting situations arise but unless it was someone who I knew was a swinger like me I’d never overstep the mark. Shame as it’s a great theme for a roleplay scenario, sadly doesn’t work with someone you know as tried that it’s just not the same.

Plus you have to be careful from a professional point of view. I'm sure there are some scenarios where things could go seriously awry.

I never take the chance but been tempted many times! Would love to find a roleplayer off here to safely play out some games mind you haha but very unlikely
