As for your breasts I'd make Kiev's but not garlic I'd stuff with cream cheese grated cheese & chilli all mixed together & stuffed into the chicken and bread crumbed or plain wrapped in parma ham & sage

Roast chicken with garlic and lemon stuffing here. Dolphinsnose potatoes, green beans and honeyed carrots.

Pudding will be a kind of bread and butter effort made with hot cross buns and apricot jam served with cream.

Kelso

We've just had roast pork. The pork was bought at our local butchers. Maybe a little more expensive than from a supermarket but definitely worth it. For pudding we had apple meringue which was delicious.

I've got pork roasting in the oven. Wrapped it in bacon. It will be served with mash, vegetables, homemade yorkshire puddings and lots of apple sauce.
