Avon Skin So Soft about £6 is good for keeping the midges off. Its only the female that bites.

Also vitamin B2 keeps them away. So if you eat loads of Marmite for a week before you should be okay.

I personally hate the stuff.

great facilities at sands caravan park in gairloch etc they hire out wigwams also etc
