glasgow

Looking for recommendations for a posh hotel for a weekend break Edinburgh or Glasgow direction Planning a wee trip after lock down and looking for somewhere that could be swinger friendly (easy for a meet whether social or otherwise) no just a public facing swinger friendly.

Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow had been very good for us.

Stunning place, great rooms, amazing cocktail bar for meets

I don't think the standard of the rooms is worth the over inflated price

In Edinburgh we like the Radisson Blu, in Glasgow we’ve had some good nights in Hotel Indigo.

Unsure how things will be with meeting friends in hotels and bars in the immediate future.

Second this. The showers are amazing and beds are big enough for plenty fun

Shangri-la

Not sure I'd describe Citizen M as posh to be honest. It's a nice hotel and ultra modern, but not really luxurious. The rooms are minimalist, functional & really quite small compared to other hotels in the same price range.

Agree, had a couple of stays there and honestly, apart from the bar I thought the rooms pretty basic.

Don't think I've been in a hotel with such big beds, see through showers and porn on tap... I'm certain this hotel was designed with the 'free spirited' in mind!

Checkout the new Voco hotel in Edinburgh Haymarket area, stayed last week but it’s closed again until late April.

Don’t bother with the Queen room with hot tub, the hot tub is tiny.

Which indigo ?

I was in the one on Princess street last week and it was filthy, they have definitely forgot there’s a pandemic on.

Try the boutique hotel No11 Brunswick. They have a couple of massive rooms with large beds and the food is amazing. Or if your really not price sensitive Dalmahoy hotel and get a room in the old house

Any of the Dakota hotels, love the mood lighting, and various zones within the ground floor.

Love the big beds.......the oversized cushion has came in handy too.

Morretti on draught
